Due to physical interventions, men reduce the risk of heart disease. A recent study has proved this issue. Those men who have regular sexual intercourse can reduce their heart rate by half percent.
Scientists from the New England Institute of Massachutus researched this issue. They conducted this study for 16 years with men 40 to 70 years old.
The fact that scientists have found in their research is that men who have had regular intercourse are more healthy than other men.
According to the scientists, men who have sex twice or thrice a week can reduce their chances of heart disease by 45%. On the other hand, those who interact less than one week or less, increase the chances of heart disease.
